Your first visit with us will be about 20-30 minutes long [no workout involved!]. We want to get to know you and understand your health and fitness goals and then together we’ll decide what the best way to get started will be – Small Group Classes, Personal Training or a combination of both. The good news is that we have a variety of programs available for whatever your needs and goals may be!
